About the video:
Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer were the headliners for the opening night of the D6: All Things D conference.
The Microsoft execs discussed a lot of issues, the highlights being the latest update on the Yahoo negotiations and the introduction of Windows 7.
"We are not rebidding for the company," Ballmer said of Tech Ticker's parent. "We reserve the right to do so. But that's not on the docket."
Yahoo's stock was down 2.6% Tuesday but remains above $27, meaning a lot of traders are betting that Ballmer is bluffing and/or Carl Icahn will yet be able to deliver Yahoo to Microsoft on terms it deems acceptable.
